Your challenge at MediaMyne
 
As our first Sales & Business Development Manager for Germany, your main goal will be to take our business to its next level and grow throughout the country. Working from your home office or our Regus office in Dusseldorf, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle. From developing a thorough sales plan, undertaking initial research and creating lead generation to meeting prospects and closing deals. To do this successfully, a creative, persuasive and tailored approach is required. While your job is independent, you will have full support from your colleagues in the Netherlands. Together with our marketing & communication manager, you will design campaigns and events; gathering, sharing and applying actionable market intelligence to build a solid revenue pipeline in your designated region. You will be delivering professional sales presentations, proposals and tender responses: creating content with an eye for detail. Building strong relationships with relevant players is key and you recognize that each interaction with prospects and customers provides an opportunity to contribute to an exceptional user experience and ultimately to the value of our brand. You are a business partner to our prospects (HR and/or communication managers) and your intrinsic drive will help them take their employee engagement to the next level.
 
Are you the ideal candidate?
 
This is a role that requires a high level of energy , grit and hard work, and will not only be awarded with competitive compensation but also by being the very first sales team member in Germany. Up and coming talent is encouraged to apply, but you must be a proven performer in your previous roles. 
  • University degree
  • Evidence that you are a Top Producer (as defined by production results that put you at the top 5% of your peers)
  • 3 – 5 years of experience selling technology to larger companies
  • Proven ability to work in an autonomous role
  • Superior organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt to change and flourish in a dynamic environment
  • A positive and competitive attitude with the ability to excel under pressure
  • Exceptional closing skills – know how to manage a sales funnel and get to "yes"
  • Proven ability to source, identify and develop new sales opportunities
  • Ability to diagnose the prospects’ needs and build relationships through a consultative approach
  • Excellent presentation, communication, writing, and listening skills
  • Experience with CRM software is required
  • Fluent in German and English
